Technique Breakdown

From Joon Bee Jase,
Step back with your right leg (About a step and a half distance between your feet)
Simultaneously bend your left knee until you can't see your front toes
As your right leg moves back, move your arms up to face level,
making an 'X' block position as you drop in to the stance block downwards until your arms
are parallel with your left thigh
KI-HAP as you block with your arms
