Horse Riding Stance

Technique Breakdown

From Joon Bee Jase

lift up left foot to your right knee and cross your arms in front of your chest,
into the 'X' block position,
stay on your right foot, bend your knee keep and focus to the front,
Stamp foot down about a step and a halves distance from right foot
block down with both arms, until they are parallel with both thighs
Toes should be pointing 90 degrees
KI-HAP as you block with the arms
